Rapport is a selection of works by some of our represented artists including Tony Lane, Richard McWhannell, and Johnny Turner. Some of the works are recent, and some are drawn from the artists’ archives, where they have matured and ripened with time. The contemporary meaning of the word rapport is: a close and harmonious relationship in which the people or groups (or in this case, things) concerned understand each other's ideas and communicate well. It is derived from the 17th Century French word, Rapporter, which means to bring back. Et voila!
The images above represent a selection of the works we are presenting in the Gallery. If there is a particular work or artist you are interested in, please contact the Gallery so we can let you know which of these, and other works, may be available.
